The University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada, is opening offices in New Delhi and Bangalore to establish partnerships with universities and research institutions in India. UBC's New Delhi office will be opened in partnership with the University of Toronto (U of T) while the Bangalore office will be led by UBC's Sauder School of Business. The Sauder School of Business will also announce MoUs with IIM-Bangalore and the IIT-Madras. These partnerships will provide a framework to increase student exchange, research partnerships and collaborative programme development.
