Admission Procedure :

Admission to the various courses at Roland Institute Of Technology is done according to the following criteria and conditions :

• Criteria -1 : Students obtained rank in JEE MAIN and reported at Odisha counseling by paying INR 5000/-. For further details visit www.jeemain.nic.in
• Criteria -2 : OJEE rank holders and reporting ot Odisha counseling by paying INR 5000/-.

Training and Placement Cell :

The training and placement cell is headed by Er.P. Deepak Kumar Yadav. The Institute has a modest placement record with students opting for jobs at MNCs and reputed Indian companies in both core and IT sectors. The T & P cell offers specialized pre-placement training through prominent agencies. The institution has gone for MOU with ISTEP, New Delhi (Ex Employees of HCL) for training the students to make them industry ready. The MOU with 10 companies with a target of minimum 100 students placement for current session.The Placement Cell identifies the industry needs and demands from time to time and prepares its graduating engineering and MCA students who are on the threshold of an exciting career in the field of technology. The placement cell is committed to continuous learning, and creating positive ideas, through rigorous training to prepare the young techies.

Our primary objective is to enrich students' human capital through the creation of a learning environment. We are dedicated to help our students achieve worthwhile positions in different fields in the corporate sectors. Students' communication skills are honed through communication and organizational behavior courses.Through our institute T&P Cell, we have close relations with many Industries like SATYAM, INFOSYS, ASSURGENT, WIPRO, IBM etc. These industries visit us for campus drive or we send our students to a pool campus drive for interview processes. We also organize off-campus recruitment programme, to facilitate the students of other technical Institute of the State to learn and improvise them. We facilitates the students to attend the off-campus drive conducted by other engineering colleges in and around the state.
