About Us:
The flagship institute of Narayana Coaching Centre was established in the year 1979 as a coaching institute for aspirants of state level entrance exams. Ever since Narayana began it has been growing at a remarkable pace. It was the visionary zeal of founder chairman Dr. P. Narayana, a gold medalist and renowned academician that led to the setting up of a coaching centre in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, which was the precursor for the Narayana Group. The perseverance paid off by 1983, the coaching center became a full-fledged institution. By 1985 this centre had earned a name for itself in offering the best possible education in its field of operations. That was just the beginning. The vision propelled a growth that still fuels it today. A high school in 1990, a girls’ residential college in 1993 in Nellore and a junior college in 1999 along with IIT-JEE coaching centers in Nellore, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada were established.
The awesome wings of Narayana extended to professional education as well. Engineering Colleges at Nellore in 1998 and Gudur in 2001, a Medical College in 1999 and a Dental College in 2001 were also established. Few courses were included in a Paramedical Division of the Medical College in 2002. In the same year, junior colleges and EAMCET coaching centers were also established in Tirupati, Kurnool, Anantapur, Rajahmundry and Kakinada.

Nothing can substitute the classroom teaching from experienced Guru. The lessons from them make the most difficult topic the easiest one. It goes a long way in sharpening the skills and fine tuning of concepts. The classroom environment keeps the students focused and motivated. It is the most comfortable place where the students gain the most by learning through experts and clearing their doubts instantly. The faculties of Narayana are renowned experts, great motivator and a true friend who are ready to help the students as and when required. The components of a typical classroom programme are:
- Illustration of basic concepts and core concepts of the subject.
- Simplifying the concepts through appropriate examples.
- Grounding of concepts through various approaches and exercises.
- Coverage of the syllabus according to meticulously planned micro test and teaching schedule.
- Revision of the course after the course coverage in planned manner.
The classroom programmes are never effective unless the knowledge of the students is tested periodically. Here the Narayana scores the highest, through CPT (Common Practice Test) which is a rigorous testing tool. The CPT is conducted every week. It gives the opportunity to students to know their rank at all India level. Besides keeping them always at their toe, it helps them in analyzing their weakness and error prone habits through micro & macro level analysis. It also helps them in getting used to the examination pattern and overcome examination phobia.
Our classroom program includes the additional classes for AIEEE, DCE, BIT-SAT and other entrance exams and continues up to the last date of final exam. In nutshell Narayana leaves
no stone unturned in realizing the dream of every aspirant.
