About Us:

After completing his B.E. (Electronics and Telecom.) from the College of Engineering, Pune, he joined the prestigious T.I.F.R. (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research) in 1954 as a research scholar in Nuclear Particle Accelerator Section. His name was specially recommended by his principal to Dr. Homi J Bhabha, the noted scientist and the founder of TIFR In the following year, he appeared at the I.E.S. (Indian Engineering Services) Examination and secured the top rank in this All India Competitive examination. He was posted in the I.R.S.E. (Indian Railway Service of Engineers) as a Class I gazetted officer and worked in the Railway Electrification project at Calcutta for a few years. During this period, he developed personal contacts with several leading engineers in the country and the top engineering teachers in various reputed institutes like I.I.T.'s, B.H.U, Roorkee Engg. University, Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta and above all, Sir C.V. Raman, the great scientist and Nobel Laureate. While working as a Railway Electrification Engineer, he realized that his intrinsic interest was in the field of teaching and writing Mathematics and Mathematical Engineering Subjects. This realization led to a painful internal conflict between treading a conventional path of continuing with the coveted Govt. Class I service and an unconventional risk of walking out of such securecivil service and undertake a struggle of establishing his own institute for teaching, writing and publishing.

Rankings & Awards:

The education sector in India has witnessed a paradigm shift in recent times. Once viewed largely as a charitable or philanthropic activity, it has since metamorphosed into an “industry” in its own right. Analyst at CLSA Asia Pacific Markets estimate the current private education Test Prep market in India to be worth approximately US $ 1.66 bilion (Rs. 8,300 crores) and is expected to grow 100 % to $3.33 bilion (Rs. 16,650 Crores) in three years.

Good quality education is always in great demand. In today's competitive world, competitive exams play a very important role in the life of students as well as parents. The admission into a large number of institutes in the country that offer higher education is based on an exam in which thousands of students compete with each other.

Pattern of the IIT JEE

At present, the IIT JEE is a single - stage objective type examination consisting of two papers of three hours duration each to test comprehension & analytical ability of candidates. Both papers, Paper-1 and Paper-2 will each have three separate sections on Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. All questions will be of Objective Type, designed to test aptitude, comprehension and analytical ability of the candidates

Eligibility for the IIT JEE

1) Candidates appearing in (10+2) or equivalent qualifying examination, must secure at least 60% (55% for SC/ST and PD) marks in aggregate in their respective Board Examination.

  • Model solutions are readily given immediately after the tests are over.
  • Corrected test papers are distributed in the next lecture. (To make it easy for the student to assess their own answers as well).
  • The defaulter’s names are reported to the guardians, during the exam itself.
