Eligibility:


M.A.:

  • International Studies: Bachelor’s degree with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
  • Comparative Literature: Bachelor’s degree with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
  • Development Economics: Bachelor’s degree with Economics as a subject of study or its equivalent in any discipline with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.

M.Sc.:

  • Biosciences: Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
  • Environmental Science and Technology: Bachelor's degree in any branch of biological/chemical/environmental sciences or an engineering degree in a related stream with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
  • Chemical Sciences (Medicinal Chemistry): Bachelor's degree in Science with Chemistry as a subject with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized Indian or foreign university.

M.Tech.:

  • Computer Science & Technology: B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer / IT / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized Indian or foreign university with minimum 55% marks.

M.Pharm.:

  • Pharmaceutical Sciences (Medicinal Chemistry): Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university and also having valid GPAT score.
  • Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry): Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university and also having valid GPAT score.

LL.M.:

  • Environmental Law: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.

Research Programmes:

Integrated M.Phil.-Ph.D.:

  • Biosciences: Master’s degree in any branch of life sciences with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
  • Environmental Science and Technology: M.Tech./Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences or a relevant branch of Life Sciences/ Chemical Sciences or Engineering with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
  • South and Central Asian Studies: Master's Degree in South and Central Asian Studies, Indian History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Public Administration, Geography or allied/ relevant field with 55% marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
