Eligibility :

For B.E:

• An aggregate of 45%* or more in PUC or XII standard, with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of the following optional subjects, chemistry, biotechnology, computer science, biology and electronics.
• For SC/ST and OBC candidates: Aggregate of 40%
• and a pass in English.

For M.Tech: B.E. or B.Tech. degree from any university recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.

Facilities :

Hostel : East Point provides boarding for both boys and girls in separate hostels. The hostels are equipped with generators, water heaters, water coolers, recreation centres and cooperative stores. The internet and communication centre at the hostels provides round the clock access to the internet. Hygienic food is a fundamental aspect of humanity. Which is why, our kitchens and dining halls are adequately manned, to keep them clean. The kitchen is equipped with modern steam operated devices to ensure maximum hygiene. We also have appointed a doctor who is available on call at all times to address our students' health issues.

Students at East Point graduate to work at some of the biggest Multi National Corporations of the world. The education and exposure here preps them for a lucrative career in fields of their education. Over the years, the placements at East Point have become excellent. Besides the regular curriculum, the students also undergo a grooming process from the time of their admittance. The training process covers communication skills, inter-personal and intra-personal skills, listening skills, interviewing techniques, team building and leadership skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making. It also features Infosys Campus Connect, a training program conducted by Infosys to prepare the students for the requirements of the industry.
