Eligibility:

For B.E: A Pass in PUC (10+2) or its equivalent examination with 45% aggregate marks with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects - Chemistry, Bio-technology, Biology and the candidate shall have studied and passed in English as one of the subjects.

For M.Tech: The candidates who have passed B.E./B.Tech examinations of VTU or any other recognized University with not less than 50% of the marks in the aggregate of all the years of the degree examinations. In case of candidates belongs to SC/ST and Group-I, the aggregate percentage marks of all the years of qualification shall not be less than 45%.

For MBA: Who passed the Bachelor Degree examinations from a recognized University with not less than 50% (45% for SC/ST and Category-I) of marks in aggregate of all years with Mathematics or Statistics or Computer Science or Computer Programming or Computer Applications or Business Mathematics or Business statistics as one of the subjects. The candidates who have studied and passed one of the above mentioned subjects in Pre-University course with 50% of marks are also eligible.

For B.Sc.(N): Candidates who have passed two years P.U.C. (10+2) examination of Karnataka P.U. Board or an equivalent examination of any other approved Board of universities with not less than 45% marks in any combination comprising Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.

For PC B.Sc.(N): A Candidate who is less than 48 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and has passed two years P.U.C. (10+2) examination of Karnataka P.U. Board or an equivalent examination of any other approved Board of universities and has passed GNM and is a Registered Nurse with or without experience is eligible to undertake this course.

For M.Sc.(N): A Registered Nurse with One year of experience after passing B.Sc. (Nursing) with minimum 55% of marks or after passing Post Certificate in B.Sc. (Nursing) based on the date mentioned in the Marks Card is eligible to undertake the Course.

For M.Pharm: The requirement for admission is a B.Pharm from any recognised university of India with a minimun of 55% marks (aggregate of 4 years). For SC/ST Category-I candidates, the prescribed percentage of marks will be 50% of the maximun marks in the qualifying examinations. Further, Pharmacy teachers having recognised B.Pharma qualification and with minium of 5 years of teaching experience in an institution approved ay AICTE and PCI will be eligible provided they have scored not less than 50% of the maxinum marks (Aggreate of 4 years)

For Bachelors in Hotel management: Any candidate seeking admission to the first year BHM degree course must have passed the Pre-University (Class XII or 10+2) Examination or its equivalent with an aggregate of 45% marks. A minimum of 40% is sufficient for SC/ST students.
