Human Resource Management (HRM): In this globalized era the manager’s ability to tap latent talents of the workforce is definitely a much sought after skill-set. Out much acclaimed and respected HRM programme trains future Human Resource managers to shape winning organizations. Focusing primarily on employee relations, human resource management systems and practices, legal framework, interpersonal and leadership skills the HRM course offers a holistic formation including functional areas such as finance, marketing, IT and operations management.

Business Management (BM): Shaping future business leaders as responsible and highly skilled managers is the thrust of the BM programme. The rigorous training prepares value-based managers with an integrated approach to decision-making. Drawing in on functional disciplines such as Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Production & Operations Management and Strategic Management the programme trains enterprising manager for a sustainable future.

Global Business Management (GBM): This one-of-a-kind programme, offered in partnership with the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, USA) and School of Economics & Management at Tongji University (Shanghai, China) constitutes a diverse class of Indian, American and Chinese students. Students will be taught by faculty drawn from each of the three partner schools and spend a semester each in Shanghai, Cleveland and Jamshedpur.
Eligibility: Recognized Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2016 may also apply. Candidates with an experience of 3 years or more will be given preference for Global Business Management.
All students (Indian/NRI/Foreign) Candidates may apply either through XAT 2016 or GMAT score (taken between December 01, 2013 and December 20, 2015).
General Management Programme: The General Management Program aims at augmenting the skill-sets and competencies of practicing managers. Exposing them to recent trends, tools and techniques in Management would prepare them to enhance performance. This 15 month, full time AICTE recognized course incorporates a 3-month field based training in a functional area.
Eligibility: Recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in India/abroad with at least 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience by March 31, 2016.
Candidates may apply either through XAT 2016 or GMAT score (taken between December 01, 2013 and December 20, 2015).

The format of XAT would remain pen-paper based. This is to ensure that candidates of all backgrounds are at par, so that those who have pre-familiarity of operating computers, specially coming from privileged background or having worked in IT sector, do not get any advantage over others who do not have access to computers. The paper-pen mode also ensures that all candidates are tested on exactly the same set of questions, and not on different sets.
