Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test is organized and carried out every year for admitting students for MBBS and BDS courses in Himachal Pradesh. The candidates are admitted to several medical and dental colleges based on this score. The exam is very competitive and the candidates need to work really well for a high score in this exam.

Structure and Pattern:

The Himachal Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test follows the same pattern as any other entrance exam. There will be multiple choice questions and the questions will be from physics and biology along with chemistry. The candidates can attend all questions without the stress of negative marking as it is not there in this exam.

Eligibility:

For a candidate to apply for the test, he should have completed his twelfth class with 50% marks. The subjects chosen by the student should include Physics, English and Chemistry along with Biology. For the reserved candidates 40% of the marks are also accepted. The candidates who are planning to write the final year examination are also eligible provided they should produce their pass certificate and mark list during the time of their counseling. The age of the candidate should be below 25 and above 17.
