Admission Open Pre Nursery to IX & XI 2016- 17 (No Admission Charges)

Prospectus

• Available at the school Reception office on all working days.
• Time is 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
• Age Criteria for Pre Nursery is 2+ below 3 years and Nursery is 3+ below 4 years as on 1st April, 2014.

Registration:

Registration Form along-with all required documents (Photocopy of the Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate and three passport size photographs of the child) to be deposited at the Reception Office within three days after taking the form from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Collection of prospectus for class Pre Nursery - Prep and a copy of the syllabus for Class I to IX Entrance test from the Reception office for limited seats ONLY.

Documents Required:

• Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation.
• 3 Passport size photographs, 1 Photograph (Child photographed with the parents)
• Photocopy of vaccination card for Pre Nursery & Nursery Admissions only
• Proof of residence
• Achievement Record of previous year for seeking admission from class Prep to IX

Admission:

• Time duration for Admission test for classes I to IX is 3 hrs.
• The Admission test for classes I – V will be taken in English, Mathematics, EVS and Hindi and for classes VI to IX will be taken in English, Mathematics and Science. Kindly prepare your child accordingly (Syllabus will be provided at the time of registration).
• Both the parents must be present for any interaction with the Principal along with their child.

Selection:

• The list of shortlisted candidates will be put up on the school's Reception Board and at the Main Gate.

Admission:

• The parents of selected candidates need to contact the Reception/Administrative office between 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. to complete the Admission formalities.
• Enrolment Form and Admission file to be collected from the Reception Office.
• Details of Fee structure are available at the school reception.
• Dearness Allowance (DA) : As per Government declaration.
• Transport Fee (if applicable) will also be charged quarterly with the tuition fee and should be deposited in cash only.
• Three passport size photographs of the child are required with the Enrolment Form at the time of admission.
• One photograph each of the mother and father of the child would also be required for ECE wing parents (Pre Nursery to Prep)
• Original Last Class Progress Report and Original Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school should be submitted at the time of admission for classes I to IX.
• Original Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate along with one photocopy should be submitted at the time of admission for classes Pre Nursery - Prep. (After verification Original Birth Certificate will be returned).
• In case you fail to take admission on the date specified, the vacancy will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list. No claim for admission will be entertained subsequently.
